About OmniClass

Built by students, for students

OmniClass began with a simple question: what if students could find reliable learning support and an international community in one safe, accessible place?

What started as Bianka's personal idea soon became a shared family project. Bianka and Tifani have shaped the platform's features, visual identity and overall atmosphere together. They remain actively involved in its development and testing, helping OmniClass reflect the real needs and perspectives of students.

How OmniClass began

OmniClass was inspired by a challenge many students recognise. Useful educational support is often scattered across different platforms, difficult to find or too expensive to access.

Bianka's own experiences as a student led her to imagine a place where learning resources and community support could exist together. With Tifani's creativity and the support of their parents, that first idea gradually developed into a working platform.

The project has continued to change as the family has learned more about what students need, how online communities should be protected and what it takes to turn an idea into something people can genuinely use.

Bianka

Product Vision and Functionality

Hi, I'm Bianka, an IB student and one of the original creators of OmniClass.

OmniClass grew out of my passion for supporting younger generations and my belief that access to meaningful educational opportunities should not depend on a student's financial circumstances or where they live.

The original idea was inspired by my own experience as a student. There were many occasions when I would have appreciated accessible guidance, a supportive community or affordable resources that could genuinely help me with my studies. I began imagining a platform that could bring these elements together and make them available to students in one welcoming and secure space.

Since then, the idea has developed far beyond its starting point through the creativity and contribution of my sister, Tifani, and the support of our parents. Tifani and I are both actively involved in developing and testing the platform. We discuss its features, atmosphere and direction together, while I focus primarily on functionality, usability and how the different parts of OmniClass should work as a complete experience.

I would not describe myself as having one particular hobby. I am naturally drawn to creative projects and learning things that challenge me to think differently. For me, OmniClass brings these interests together while giving us the opportunity to create something that may have a meaningful and lasting impact on other students.

Tifani

Visual Design and Creative Direction

Hi, I'm Tifani, a secondary school student and one of the student creators of OmniClass.

In my free time, I enjoy drawing, reading manga, watching movies and travelling. I also like creating my own manga, talking with my friends and, most of all, playing mahjong with my family.

OmniClass was originally my sister Bianka's idea, but I immediately liked the thought of creating a platform where students from different parts of the world could connect and help each other. They could support one another with studying, homework and CAS activities.

I am not an IB student yet, so before this project I did not realise how difficult it could be for IB students to find affordable resources and have everything they need in one place. Through my sister, I began to understand this problem. Since I am also planning to become an IB student soon, I felt motivated to help build something that could support other students and eventually help me too.

I mainly work on the visual style and design of OmniClass. I also take part in developing ideas, discussing new features and testing the platform together with Bianka and our parents. I want OmniClass to feel friendly, creative and welcoming to students.

Different strengths, a shared direction

Bianka and Tifani develop ideas, review new features and test the platform together. They make decisions about the direction and atmosphere of OmniClass as a team, while taking responsibility for different parts of the work.

Bianka focuses mainly on product vision, functionality and the way the platform works as a complete experience.

Tifani focuses mainly on visual design, creative direction and making the platform feel welcoming to students.

Both contribute to feature ideas and take part in testing the results throughout development.

The experience that brought the idea together

From 21 to 28 June 2026, Bianka took part in the NAE Summit in Houston, Texas. During the Summit, students discussed sustainability and considered how young people could make meaningful changes in their own lives and communities.

The experience helped Bianka recognise how much influence she could have as a student. Her personal experiences began to connect with the perspectives shared by others. When those ideas came together, the initial concept for OmniClass began to take shape.

She returned home believing that students do not have to wait until adulthood before responding to the challenges they recognise. Young people can begin working on thoughtful solutions when they have support and the opportunity to collaborate.

Why we are building it

The purpose of OmniClass is to make useful learning support and student connections easier to access, regardless of where someone lives or what their family can afford.

We want students to have a place where they can learn and exchange ideas without feeling excluded by cost. They should also be able to support one another and turn their own experiences into useful action.

Safety and inclusion must be part of the platform from the beginning. They are not features to be added later.

Still learning, still building

OmniClass is not a finished story. Bianka and Tifani continue to participate in its development, test new features and consider how the platform could serve students more effectively.

Working on the project has taught them about product development and design. It has also shown them the responsibility involved in building a community for other young people.

The platform will continue to evolve as they learn from the development process and from the students who use it.
